Event Submission

To submit an event to the Family Event Calendar simply complete the form below, once your event has been successfully submitted you will be returned to our home page and receive a confirmation email.

Events will be chosen from this calendar to play on the on-air Family Event Calendar at the Program Director's discretion.  We cannot promise airplay, but we will do our best to help promote your event!

Note: All events MUST be submitted through this online form, and will not be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail!

Also: Your email address WILL NOT be included with your event on our web site (unless specified in the details/description section) but must be included for your event submission to be complete! It is also recomended that you include a way for people to reach you for more information. THANK YOU!

PSA's (Public Service Announcements)

A set number of Public Service Announcements air each day on Spirit 92.9.  To submit your PSA request, please e-mail jessica@spirit929.com.  PSA's will be aired with the following guidelines:

-- Pre-produced commercials will be aired for 30 days at no cost and should be submitted to Jessica via cd or mp3 10 days prior to desired air date.

-- Each month 2 other PSA's will be produced and aired for 30 days at no cost.  Due to production time and the high demand for PSA's, we are sorry but must limit the free commercials at this time!  To increase your chances of having your event played on-air, please submit the information as far in advance as possible!

Scouting & Group Tours

Due to the overwhelming number of requests for group tours, a limited number of slots are available.  To check availability for your scouting, church, or homeschool group please e-mail jessica@spirit929.com.  Tours typically last 20-25 minutes and are not appropriate for children under the age of 10.  All children younger than 10 must be accompanied and supervied by a parent or adult.
