HIGHER GROUND DETAILS & GUEST RSVP

As a Special Event Team Member you will recieve two tickets to the concert, reserved seating, and can invite up to four guests to join you in the Special Event Team section! Tickets will be mailed the end of July along with two wristbands that will allow you access to the seating. Please also wear your name badge so we recognize you! :) (if you need a name badge please return to the "Members Only" page to request a duplicate, guests will receive wristbands for access).


FAQ:

Q: When will I receive my  tickets?

A: Tickets will be mailed the end of July, if you have not recieved them by August 5th, please contact Dawn!

Q: Can I invite other people to join me in the Special Event Team section?

A: Yes! Each member can invite up to 4 guests, simply follow the steps below. **Make sure to purchase early admittance tickets for them, children 10 and under are free** You will then recieve a wristband in the mail from us, the ticket will arrive separately from Echo Ministries.

Q: What about camping?

A: To order a camp site you can visit the Higher Ground website: http://www.hgmusicfest.com/ the cost is $35 for the weekend.

Q: What if I can't use my tickets?

A: You have two options: 1) Give your tickets to someone else to use, they can still sit in the reserved seating. 2) return the tickets to us to donate, we generally have a list of people who would like to go to the concert, but are unable to afford it, any returned tickets will go to them.

To invite guests, follow these two steps:

1) Order tickets for them here: http://www.hgmusicfest.com/

2) RSVP to let us know how many guests you will have and you will recieve the appropriate number of wristbands in the mail for them to have access to the seating and hospitality room. Simply fill out this form:
